Section 1

It is mandatory to use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, although exceptions may apply in some cases.

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses (details in Section 5). Large withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not complete.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. However, before withdrawing this ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 (10 times the bonus) must be wagered.

A bonus is not guaranteed money — it depends on meeting specific conditions. A bonus may be cancelled if misuse is detected, if it is claimed from multiple accounts, or if any irregularity is found.

5.2 Other Promotions

go444 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are communicated when the offer is announced. If there is a conflict between the general terms and the promotional terms, the specific terms of the relevant offer will take precedence.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

6.2 Disputes over Results

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game session, go444 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet. go444 is not liable for any loss caused by a user's internet disconnection.

Prohibited Activities

• Operating more than one account under the same person's name
• Using another person's account or transferring an account
• Deliberately misusing the bonus system (Bonus Abuse)
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Betting with prior knowledge of a match or game result (insider trading)
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to go444's systems
• Deliberately exploiting any error or bug in the platform

If any of the above rules are violated, go444 may close the account and forfeit the balance without warning.

Account Suspension, Closure and Appeal

8.1 Suspension by go444

If sufficient evidence of a terms violation is found, go444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. The reason for suspension will generally be communicated to the user, but may be withheld temporarily if an investigation is ongoing.

8.2 Closure by the User

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, they must contact the go444 support team. Pending bets can be settled and valid balances withdrawn before closure; however, any bonus balance for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

8.3 Appeal Process

If a member believes their account was closed unfairly, they may appeal by emailing go444 within 30 days of the account closure date. Relevant evidence and information must be included with the appeal.
